Dimple-On x Thread Connector

The Dimple-On Connector has many advantages over conventional connector; some of which are:

Superior mechanical strength (comprising with that of the tube)
Joint make up time; typically 10 – 15 minutes
Large through bore
Fully suited to sour service conditions
Can be used with 70, 80, 90 and 100 ksi yield tubing
Re-useable connector
The Reelable Dimple-On Connector has reduced stress raisers when compared to Reelable Roll-On Connectors.

Hardness tests taken at the root of dimples have proven that cold forming the dimples has no real effect on work hardening.

The Dimple-On Connector has accumulated many hours trouble free service under sour conditions being used in permanent completions for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) using Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP’s).

The Dimple-On Connector is available for any combination of Coiled Tubing & thread size.
