The Internal Fishing Tool (Parallel Mandrel Type) is designed to retrieve downhole flow control devices with damaged internal fishing necks.
The tool (excluding the mandrel) is run using the upper fishing neck; downward jarring will set the retrieving Collet and shear the Running Tool. The mandrel is then run in using the fish neck, downward jarring when in position shears the Running Tool. The Pulling Tool is then run in, latching the upper fishing neck; upward jarring sets the tool and retrieves the lock.
To release from the lock a reverse of the procedure will allow a full retrieval of the Fishing Tool.
An alternative Pulling Neck is available should an external Fishing Neck be preferred.
Fishing Tools can be manufactured to suit any size required.
Part Numbers are available upon required.
