The Grease Injection Head is designed to perform a sealing function on braided cable.
The grease is pumped under pressure into the flow tubes and combined with the activation of the hydraulic packing head forms a seal against well pressure. This process completely seals and lubricates the wireline.
he Grease Injection Head can be supplied with various size quick unions, pressure rating up to 20,000psi Working Pressure, for Standard and H2S Service and suit larger wire sizes upon request. Wire Sizes quoted are nominal. Flow Tubes are supplied to suit wireline dimensions as required.
Type ‘O’: Compatible with OTIS Union
Type ‘B’: Compatible with BOWEN Union
